Big fingers and iPhones are not a great combination.  :-)

Or even if it didn't.How would you handle it so that you get both of them to fill out the application without sounding like you are pointing the finger?

I also got a 220k and a 139k pending this past week.Hopefully getting a $90k listing next week, fingers crossed.This puts me at $285k closed, $993k pending currently.Im with Coldwell Banker and I am on a 50/50 split till I hit $16,900 then it goes 95/5.

Plus I'm a reputable full time realtor licensed with the state to handle real estate transactions and I have my finger  on the pulse of my local housing market.

Something like that could get pretty messy very quickly, there's the agent, the inspector, pointing fingers here and there, etc....
