But in the end cheap properties in Milwaukee are usually far from beaing an easy investment for an absentee owner!

Whatever you decide to go with, if you go cheap just prepare yourself that you'll probably never touch it up well unless you have a leftover can.

I bought a few cheap liens ($70-$80) out of FL just to test the process and they both were redeemed giving me some interest.

And it's super cheap to advertise there (you pay a listing fee rather than a cut of each booking.)
