Please provide proof of on-time payment of rent, during the tenancy, for existing tenants.What method is currently being used to collect rent?

Logan, some really good points and methods for rent collection.We do much of the same.We use online processor Schedule My Rent and pretty much make that the only way to pay.  

This is an outgrowth of in person auctions and so there is no standardization like you get with eBay - Know when the pickup is and that you will be available and also be mindful of payment methods.

I personally think it might be too soon for this unless you have higher end properties, but it is becoming more widespread everyday.I am thinking about installing these myself at my Vacation rentals in the near future.

People will always tell you their method is better, but eventually it comes down to you to make the decision.

Look into house hacking, BRRR method.
