Kudos to that poster for making it work, and he probably did a good job tying down the mattress, but stuff like that ends up on the road or impaled into someone's grill ( or, worse, windshield) more than you would think.

Craigslist smoker mobile home in a trailer park for $6700. 

The amenities people like the most that I have are projector screen theater, n64 with all games, board games, grill, pool table. 

This satisfied city requirements.I moved forward with the project and it was a success.Advise: keep an open mind a grill the heck out of the building dept.

It would however be hard to miss having a smoker in the house, the yellow walls.

I wouldn't do carpet with a smoker.

It's worth unplugging it, removing dirt and fuzz from the grill and motor area, tapping the condenser, making sure food/containers aren't blocking the fans in back or any vents. 

But I figured if I was going to be in hot seat, we might as well be talking about stuff we're actively doing, rather than spending all this energy grilling me over some properties that we profiled years ago and that are no longer available because hedge funds gobbled them up.So let's talk about what we're doing right now.

I am not a smoker, but I have never put in a lease that they can not smoke outside.
