One golden rule I follow,if it takes a long time to fix/replace when it breaks, don't buy a cheap one.Imagine, this thing breaks in the middle of your peak season and the people who can come out to rebuild are 2 weeks out....It takes at least a day or two to build something like this even if you are super skilled.

That means YES, they are actually with people sitting down and scrolling through new listings every day looking for people to tag.

---Investors always compare/hire people of Craigslist that are uninsured, questionable skills, are unreliable and offer no warranties.

My 2 cents is prices are crazy inflated right now, but believe it or not I think it will continue because of continued demand pressure for the area from people fleeing higher cost of living areas and moving there, with access to 87/17.

My realtor told me that there's been happenings of neighbors turning in people who are doing STR's and getting investigated by authorities, resulting in fines & such.  

🤔 Anyway my point is you need to surround yourself with likeminded people.  

Not the cash flow play a lot of people expect. 

I live in a small town in eastern Arizona, about 7000 people, and we have a pretty serious shortage of rental properties.

Actually have people contacting me before I advertise a unit available.
