I'm working tirelessly to get my first syndication deal completed and under my belt, and I've devoted countless hours to prepare myself to be able to get this done.

So be prepared to devote the time needed to go through it all. 

Best left to people that have the time to devote to manage a team at a distance. 

I have great piece of mind knowing the rentals are being managed well and I have the time to devote to other projects.

I devoted all my time to finding a private lender and presenting a great deal.

Overall it was successful and would have been more so if I'd had more time to devote to it - I ended up selling because it wasn't quite worth the stress to me not living close enough and working full time and with the market going wild it made more sense for me to sell last fall.

Realistically it sounds like a lot of time and bandwidth would be devoted to a low likelihood of being made whole.

I left for law school in 2008 and the properties went trough a period of neglect I am still digging out from.After graduating, the learning curve was intense and I had little time to devote to managing my rentals and it is time for a change.
