I have in fact also seen cases where a realtor invests countless hours in a homebuyer, only to be cut out at the last minute by someone trying to bribe a listing agent by letting them double-end it (...and then they want me to step up and do realtor stuff.

Throughout the project, the investor experienced countless issues with the contractor's quality of work and missed deadlines.

Hi @Frank Sanchez,  Over the last few days I have listened to countless pod cast which recommend a sort of trade with agents.  

If you use this same personality to overcome the countless challenges that will greet you on your road to success, you will have the ability to complete deals that others just wish they could.I have been working on a large deal for the past 2 years that I originally thought would be just 3 months.

I constantly see people spending huge $ and countless hours trying to set up these complex organization structures which are more fit for a $1B private equity firm when they have not bought anything.

For sellers it is advising and guiding  on how to prep, price and present their home and for buyers it ensuring they understand the process, contracts and financing before they look.For both, after the contract is signed, there are countless problems that can happen and a good Realtor will prevent molehills from becoming mountains.  

I have used them for years and countless properties.  

You guys educate & motivate countless amounts of people.

Beyone REIA groups there are a variety of Meetups you can attend also - Wholesale Meetup (Meets on second TH of the month), BP Meetup (we call it Utah Investor Meetup) and countless others. 

I have been sending countless emails and making numerous calls a day in hopes of connecting with investor friendly realtors.
