At the moment I’ve just finished my first couple of D4$ sessions and am compiling scripts & rebuttals for when I begin to cold call.

Not sure if this applies to the info your compiling but what the heck....We are searching in the 1-1.5mm price range. 

@Martin Dartayet there are several sources that have compiled links to eviction laws for every state.

We're new to this and we will start calling on all the lists that we've compiled.

Just wanted to see everyone's opinions on the best softwares for data compilation; BatchLeads, PropStream, Listsource, etc.

I have compiled a driving for dollars list of about 1000 distressed homes I want to market to.  

I compiled this list a little over a year ago for potential low amount lenders in the Northern Indiana area more specifically - South Bend, Mishawaka, Osceola, Granger, New Carlisle and St.
