So there really isn't a long term affect to getting an inquiry on your credit.IF you are in critical need of a particular score, there are companies out there that can 'juice' your score through both normal and 'artificial' means.  

Once you've run your models, you'll have a much better idea of whether this juice is worth the squeeze.Regardless of what you do, I'd definitely suggest taking a step back and trying a REI strategy that's more in-line with your experience level (for instance, house hacking a B grade duplex)...start off with the easier, simpler strategies, and then build up to the more advanced strategies as you gain experience.

The juice didn't seem worth the squeeze.

It also seems like a repeat business so advertising would be a way to juice membership allowing for a bigger/nicer place 1 block away. 

All the GFCI cares about is that all the juice that goes out on the black wire comes back in on the white wire. 

I know there are some people that do and I'm sure there is a way to make money on it, but to me the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
