Like a trust.LLCs do not open some magical door to more tax deductions.I tend to recommend LLCs where the properties are located, but then those LLCs are owned by a Wyoming multi-member LLC.But if you think that you can skip fixing that loose railing and hide behind an LLC when the tenant is injured, you'll regret it.

Don I have spoke at many of these events.. the one here in Oregon though I personally dont care for much.. they tend to bring in old retread type guys that are pitching systems that worked 25 years ago.. and I pretty much believe they are taking kick backs for the sales those guys are making..

You can generally place a voucher tenant in any property.In order to place a section 8 tenant you will have to pass an initial inspection as well as an annual inspection where they tend to be more strict and have you fix things that you may not have addressed for a market tenant.
