As Dave Greene always preach, you need to have a steady source of income while you grown your portfolio. 

I'm still pretty green here, I have one investment property in Texas that I was able to afford via house hacking, but now that my growing family needed to move into something bigger, it's time to get another investment property.

I spent 2 years there and  remember seeing oil jacks in parking lots and green space of many buildings.  

Not very common until this new green revolution. 

The seeing Greene or ask David Greene episodes are truly interesting even when they have nothing to do with the situation you are in.

looking to meet others involved in the Green Healthy home certification process I see i can get up to $6300 per multi Family property reimbursed to be Green Heathy Home certified and know Rents are higher in certified buildings. spending a little to improve properties seems to generate  30%  Instant appreciation  so let's meet up it's time to rebuild. connect and suggest times to meet or just Zoom? 

Would I be better off reading some David Greene books, I guess is what I’m getting at?

Simply put, go where there is green pastures to till. 

You've got a lot of green/granola/alternative types and type stuff and stores and restaurants, and you've got a lot of downsides to that -- homelessness, anti-government/anti-vaxxers/homeopathic types.
