To be safe you can go with a longer term 10-year term which limits your upside but also could prevent you from having to refinance during a down turn.

Or is there something about getting Delayed Financing that would prevent the ability to get conventional refinancing soon thereafter?

That monthly loss is preventing me from paying off one of the other properties faster.

@Chris Mason   I think it was an attempt to prevent illegal bundling of certain services but I agree it might have caused more problems than it solved.

It seems the lender named in that trust went out of business in 2008 so there is nobody to get a release from; the trust was never assigned; and either there is no successor bank handling the lender's loans now or the successor bank has no record of this loan.Does this prevent the property from being sold, refinanced, etc?
