Every time I walk into the courtyard and see all the Asian vegetables and the way they string everything up it makes me think I am in Vietnam.

One last recommendation: I just joined a group for female investors called InvestHers.

I have a female tenant in her 30s with a young daughter. 

I have a colleague who has a tenant who is a middle-aged single female.

I was mortified but the female tenant apparently took it in stride.

She works with a lot of middle eastern and asian investors buying all these up as well. 

If another female would like to split the cost and share the room, I am open to that!  

@David Sicherman   just remember how it affected me .. when I was selling a home in Cupertino that we owned and many Asian folks were banging on our doors to buy it..

Actually, looking from the perspective of Asian American immigrants, there're many things in America that are considered "crazy" from an Asian perspective,especially anything related to education/school/university system.  

As far as renting to these types I can’t comment on that in the open forums due to fair housing lawsDennis when I worked for a big syndicator in the early 80s doing their land acquisitions ( great job by the way it was all Comish best of both worlds) any way we had apartments in Stockton CA.. and there were a lot of SE Asian emigrants,  and more than once we had them use the sink in the bathroom fill it with coals and use it to BBQ  how they did not suffocate I don't know.. but ruined the units.
