Margins during covid were slim due to labor/staffing issues and inflation.As far as housing for pregnant women, I am not educated on that topic.

Do your best to be able to qualify for conventional loans and bank as much cash in your war chest as you can between now and then to be able to make the most competitive offers.As for the Mrs....you have to discuss your goals.....men and women often think very differently on housing.   

It also helps to be surrounded with other badass women who are are like minded and making it happen. :)

If not you could mention the area and probably get more responses from locals.Your wife may be interested in joining the PowerHouse Women facebook group - they are all about helping women learn together by bringing in mentors with experience, and I think they are starting up a group for wholesaling next year. 

I've got about 2-3 paintings of nude women on every wall in every STR house. 

Not to get off topic, but I noticed that whenever judges stand up for the poor, working poor, women, people of color, immigrants, or religious minorities, they are always called activist judges.
