Coming from blue collar northern Maine originally, I'm looking to provide financial freedom for my family that I never had.

I have no problem doing the leg work providing he gives me the blue print I’ve been looking for to turn real estate into my career.

There are a couple of factories nearby - very blue collar. 

As of 2 weeks ago I have relocated my real estate license to Keller Williams Real Estate in Blue Bell PA.

My gut feeling is that I should paint entire house in hopes of a better appraisal.Maybe this may help...Blue collar area... bought house for $31,000 comps showing $55,000-$60,000...  

One of my first tenants, even though it was clearly in the lease that repairs or changes are not allowed without written permission from me, put down those old tacky peel and stick kitchen tiles in a bright blue over my brand new neutral flooring, changed out the dining room light fixture, and painted the house in horrible dark colors.  

It's a wealth building blue print.It's all a matter of opportunity cost and measuring out which option is best for your goal.You'll know what to pick based on plan.
