Your probably in more houses then most agents if your at a busy department/station.

There is a garage apartment blocks away that backs up to a gas station at 660 sqft that fetches $1500/m.

Unless the fire station is next to your duplex your insurance will be higher. $10 per unit will not even cover liability. feds are planning on raising the prime rate 3/4 to 1.25% higher than now.

Anything near a Path Station will usually come with a bidding war.
