The gamble I'm taking here is that I can get the property rezoned.  

I have been thinking about real estate for several years, but due to school and sports never got a chance to raise funds or put the real time in to get started. in a convention I went to they said there were ways to fund your first project or flip with no money.

Too many competitors, nobody wants to go all the way down to AC to gamble when there are alternatives much closer (and a movement to allow casinos in northern NJ), the city is decaying, etc, etc.  

The police report said the sport goods were delivered and mail notifications were sent to my property.My tenant said she has nothing to do with that.

Its a bit of a gamble with this market out here, for sure.

Or is it really just taking a pot-luck gamble - every time?

I'd probably move towards the east just because of the beauty of the mountains and the access to more adventure sports.

To be perfectly honest I did these investments more for sport but at this point I have to finances to really get serious.
