Also to clarify the bathroom setup.. the tub is for taking a bath.. there's no shower head.. only handheld sprayer (like you would soak in the tub and use the sprayer just to rinse off). 

The co-op's in NJ do not work, the co-op boards raise their fees as often as possible, which soaks up all appreciation, even with making substantial upgrades.

, to educate myself and soak up as much information as possible.

I have been soaking up as much knowledge as possible via books, podcasts, BP forums, etc. 

Then continue flipping and use that $ for down and seed $ for MF either in cheaper areas of CA or in the midwest.  20 years of a little cash flow and pay off mortgages... retire with paid off houses.  

One last thing....soak your shower head in some vinegar for an hour or so to dissolve the lime buildup and that should finish the problem!
