Thanks, Bryan Clement  FYI the mortgage industry is still using the decade old FICO models, not the most current ones (queue 50 borrowers a month: "But my Discover Card says it's 30 points higher than what you just said!"

It is just part of the job   It would be like a credit card or a car dealership charging you to apply for credit   

The tenants will use a card to pay, the third party will collect the payments and payout 50% of the gross income to the landlord.There third party will pay landlord $250 in decorating costs and require landlord to make the laundry room accessible to tenants between the hours 0700-2200. 

I got Diamond Reflection series cabinets with all-plywood construction at a lower price than either the mid-grade cabinets from the local kitchen designer or from the online order service from TimberPro (Floor and Decor) due to stacked discounts (20% off plus additional 10% back in the form of a Lowe's gift card that I will definitely use).

Now this company went one step further and recorded owner carry contracts to the end buyer  so more of a wrap program.. well those buyers started to default.. and since this team had the wrap they needed to pay the underlying and well it was a house of cards.. once they had 10 to 15% vacancy or non pay they could no longer debt service the underlying and now the original owners were getting notices of default.. and then they start filing complaints at the AD.. and well it becomes a scheme to the state..

as long as you pay on time your score should be good.things that hurt your score:1) lates2) high utilization on credit cards (having a 500 balance on 1K card etc) try to keep it to under 30%3) too few accounts.
