I'm not a lawyer but I can play one on TV and what I would tell you in episode 2 is you'll get sued if there's an incident and someone gets hurt.

He told the neighbor next door, the new neighbor called me, said he would talk to the stump grinder but the stump grinder probably doesn't have insurance and might not have the means to fix the issue.Would love to clean some wisdom of how to go about this from those who have had similar incidents.

Also, that may cause problems for the insurance company if they know or find out about the egress issue after an incident.
