I would like to start listening to BP on my android or another suggested device while working out at the gym or during my off time.

I think I might skip college to be a realtor or work in real estate as a gate way to become an investor and entrepreneur (I want to open a gym chain someday).

Now when they deploy we may lose 2-6 guys from the gym at most.

I yell and swear at myself and breathe heavy and make noise in the gym when lifting which seems to make me happy.

Substitute dieting, gym, etc. if you don't belive me, get the BP people to survey members and see what percentage of posters here have even done a single deal!

Like a swimming pool or tennis courts or gym. 

I've only ever heard of rubber flooring in connection with home gym spaces.

Well I must say the majority of my time has been spent either at work, the gym, and my bed lol.

I would suggest finding a building where the HOA is useful and covers things like your utilities rather than a pool and gym.
