Absolutely top notch guys, they get deals done, and are aggressive and flexible.

There is complete flexibility as long as they own the property outright.

However, I would argue that a healthy level of debt gives you flexibility to grow faster and build more wealth over your lifetime.Leverage is a strategy of using borrowed money to generate large investment returns.

I do love getting paid online, but I'm flexible as long as I get paid.  :-)

The key here is flexibility.

It does make a difference in terms of an overall net worth but do you think having one property paid of in their portfolio adds flexibility to their plans for the future?  

In my opinion, keeping the tenants on month to month provides you the most flexibility.

All these things were designed to keep the homes as lightweight as possible and to also produce them as cheaply as possible.This genre of MH has long since worn out it's usefulness.
