Hi all, just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on SFH investing in buckeye vs San tan valley, both cities are pretty booming right now, just wondering if one thinks more over the other over the next 5-10 years?

I've been on their website multiple times and wondered what reviews would be like. 

I am quoting insurance companies and for liability coverage, I was wondering if the liability coverage should be approximately the same value of assets that are within the LLC (in this case, 1 house of $170K), or, should I have a much larger liability coverage ($500K-$1M)?

I do wonder what the actual stats are on people pushed out that aren't really an issue. 

What I'm wondering is if I had another bathroom, would I get more 3 or 4 guest stays, and could possibly charge more?

Hi all, just wondering if I could get a bit more feedback on this situation.If you remember, a pipe burst in my rental property back in January.

I'm sure they talked, but if the showerhead had issues with flow (CLR does wonders) that is different than a cosmetic problem (rust on the outside of the fridge)...though I wonder what they did to get rust on the front and side of the fridge.
