What kind of due diligence did you do on the operator before you handed over your money?

It’s kind of sad.  

For years I have been fascinated with building a container home of some kind.

Then there are calls about all sorts of minor stuff - and just odd behavior, like calling the gas company at midnight because they thought they smelled rotten eggs….. getting our gas shut off for a day, bringing over questionable house guests, bringing over a small dog and housing it without asking, and just overall kind of being a mess.

For a farmer's products to be certified organic, there are all kinds of hoops to jump through.

Also assuming CPAs don’t do the actual cost segregation, what kind of professionals do it? 

A container of some kind from the dollar store with hand, dish & d/w soap, toilet paper, paper towels, a few trash bags.  

It's 2024... websites should load, and load quickly, and there should be some kind of person I can speak with after 1pm PST. 

For me, it depends on the kind of debt you're talking about.

He is very good at what he does though I will say that not many can do this kind of volume no matter what kind of financing there is..
