I'm dumbfounded the city can pay several thousand to have it demolished but not several hundred to have it boarded.

For those investors, funds etc who have hundreds of properties do they set up a LLC for each property? 

We can also ship our cabinets.

Some markets you will lose putting 20% down, and others you will make a few hundred bucks. 

You could even do a simply kitchen or bath remodel like new cabinets and counter tops.

I think not.But a golf cart with less safety features, uncapable of traveling speed limits on roads, no doors, children often traveling without car seats or boosters (that people spend hundreds of dollars on to keep their kids safe in the car), kids/teens/drunks driving illegally, etc.It's providing a vehicle for use, even if it is a "golf cart."

When you need 100+ of these or even a few hundreds, it could take hours and hours to DIY.
