Is there specific language I could look for in the lease agreement that would let me know if that is the case?

Should we draft an addendum to the normal PM agreement? 

If there are in existence joint agreements which have been in existence for more than two years, they shall expire within 60 days after the effective passage of this amendment.Honestly I don't understand this one.Please can you help me.

Yeah just spoke to my lawyer and he suggested a F*** off letter but the tenants are coming around knowing it was their fault but out of not having to deal with it they may settle with 3 months of free rent (~$7k worth) to sign off on a global agreement with my attorney.
