There are NO national HML/PML  not one company funds in all 50 states many will do the majority but NONE of them are nationwide even though many advertise that but its a little puffery by some of the legit ones .. but fake ones keep in mind NO one funds in all states.

Carlos - Not sure what size multifamily property you're buying, but I recently used Hemlane (national broker) for a quadraplex and was very happy with their service.

Having worked in a large corporation most of my career, the more analytics you throw at something, the more comfortable management feel about actually making a decision. 

(I see this a lot, for instance, a contractor operating and giving estimates under his name with the license of someone else even under the same corporation but the licensed one is nowhere).

But corporations can handle it !!
