A lot of online "applications" through popular sites like Zillow or others will either redact this or will delete the application.... not idea.

My main questions would be: how long does the entire process take from applying to actually having possible tenants to start picking from, and how do they determine exact amount for rent (the amounts listed on the housing authority site seem way higher than market rent, I’m wondering if I will actually get those numbers or not)any other general tips or advice is also appreciated!

Firstly if someone is aware of a law specific to Georgia about this topic please let me know and also please provide any links to government sites that you know of I am happy to read up on the matter. 

I just checked their site and it seems like they changed up some of their pricing models based on what I had seen in the past.
