I'm stationed out here in California, hopefully for the next 5 years I probably won't know that for sure until the second half of the year.

I know several military personnel who have bought a different house at each new duty station, and at the end of their 20-year career they can retire and never work again (of course most Type-A military-types can't sit still for long!).

I know some folks here in Bryan/College Station that rent theirs out during aggie home games, and they make a good bit of money doing it.

I also know someone who has started doing flips in Lake Station.
