Post on Craigslist seems like another 'guru' but I cannot put my finger on it, he seems to be following Cherif method, not sure what to make of it.

I would like to rent for section 8 tenant . it was posted on Zillow for few weeks now. 

I was under the assumption because I wasn't informed of marektable title Before the closing date, that maybe there was/is a way to get the EMD back, but based on your response to my post, it doesn't look like I can.

Based on the tenor of your posts, I've got to ask - do you have your primary residence squared away?

Getting back to the original post, what would be a strategy you'd explore given his circumstances?
