The thought is, Polymorphic sleep schedule, which loosely means variable sleep schedule.

Use the calendar as if you're a guest and build a spreadsheet for weekday and weekend rates - you're bound to learn a lot. 

The thought of loosing out on the primary residence tax exemption makes me cringe. 

For me, loosing 10% of the profits is better than spending the time myself.

Things are bound to happen once the purchase is complete so don't over extend your funds.

I actually resolved a situation myself (toilet handle was loose) but now am really needing a plumber as a toilet is stuck.

@Gunnar Sevart While it is correct there is a capacity issue when making RE transactions, it's loosely defined...mostly a judgment call here, anyway.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.
