I believe they DO make judgements based on how you present yourself, including your car.Someone else said the car doesn't have to be brand new, just nice looking and in good shape.

Anything on her door well I would expect it to be G rated, other then that it is a judgement call.

This is an assignment of a judgement, but an assignment of a lien is the same -except it says lien and describes the lien and parties. 

Thanks John, I won a judgement in which my tenant’s wages will be garnished to pay me back what I’m owed (we’ll see).

My other 2 people are now researching any liens; i.e. judgements, child support, tax liens, etc.

I am fortunate that my agent is also a licesened builder and investor so I trust his judgement if he were to look at a property without me and give me a recommendation.

My question is does someone have a site or forms they can share so I can file, pro se, the Rent & Possession Judgement in St.
