I do not suggest going in and scorch earth, I think having a conversation about the position they put you in and how this mistake is affecting your business, and how they feel they can do the right thing and help you out to ease this issue.

It's a very down to earth, everyone help everyone type of group.

We had a big earth quake in 64, and before that it's common to find old wiring... so a lot of investors stay away from that old of houses unless it's a tear-down.
