Even so, I have made money on most of the poorly located ones and other observers may think it was a killing. 

Children are observant, but they also will use their creative imagination to "cover up" something that is going on if they fear getting into trouble.

I have no observations other than recalling how hard it was to go from 60 to 100 hour work weeks and jobs everywhere to living in my car and driving from town to town looking for any job we could find.

I have found though, that my assesment of prices is just as good as my realtor's just from observing listings on Realtor.com over the course of about 6 months to a year and also viewing some of those properties.
