In one town where I have rentals kijiji is the main venue people look at, others it is used(insert city name).

I realize that Airbnb is not just for vacationing, that a lot of people use them for weddings, business travel, etc... how does one go about picking an area that will Airbnb well?

You said you can’t wholesale, but what do you think you are doing when you put it under contract and market it on another venue? 

I remember going to my cousins wedding in Wisconsin and the girls were all lugging Stiens around full of beer.A wedding in CA the girls would all have a glass of white wine LOL..

CIM Group has plans to transform it into a 246,774 square-foot building with a parking garage, according to a Nov. 6 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.The redevelopment is tentatively scheduled to start in February 2021 and be completed a little more than a year later.The CIM Group project joins a flood of development on Austin's east side.A couple of blocks to the west, Endeavor Real Estate Group and the owners of the Fair Market events venue are proposing to turn that old East Austin warehouse into a 180,000-square-foot, mid-rise office building.Also nearby is a planned 280-room hotel from Tampa-based F10 Hotels and Florida-based Floridays Development Co., at the southwest corner of East Fifth and Robert T.

And yes, it's similar to planning a wedding.

We prefer in-person meetings, though did most recently have a great Zoom-based meeting and may do that again before (hopefully) getting back to in-person meetings once our venue re-opens to larger groups. 

Close to some wedding and youth sport venues, which have been our bread & butter in the past along with weekend get away for city residents.We did decide to accept a furnished 5 month stay in one unit that would cover expenses.
