The Title company is charging me the following fees:-Admin Processing Fee $35-Closing Protection Letter $75-Lender Title Insurance $844-Notice of Settlement $40-Rundown & Record Fee $$20-Settlement Fee $325-Tidelands Search NJ $30-Title Endorsement Fee $$100-Title Examination $100-Title Search Abstract $167-Wire Transfer Fee $25Are these fees customary or is it excessive?

I hope this makes sense, we have a second home, we have our space upstairs(not rented) and made the basement into a studio STR.We do have an excellent Insurance company for full coverage on the home but they will not write an endorsement for a STR.

Normally a Homeowners policy is only for Owner occupies Dwellings (there are a couple of companies that will endorse a homeowners policy for that situation but it is rare)2.
