Considering that the U.S. has the strongest property rights on earth, I think it's better to own real estate here than anywhere else in the world.  

Also if you go into that search and look click on the GIS map, you should be able to play with that and it will show you a satellite image, like google earth.  

If you want to get a feel for the neighborhood, use Google Earth and type in the address.  

For those of you who invest in Alberta, may I remind you that your oil has the highest cost of extraction on earth.

Google earth is helpful as well when it comes to the area.

He is down-to-earth, intensely scrupulous in both his work and his honesty - a man of true integrity who is not out to exploit anyone.  

However, many people will research to the ends of the Earth and have all the knowledge you could ever glean, but never close a deal.

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts on what on earth we can do to move this along?
