It just depends on what you need it to do.Honestly, unless you can pay someone, I'd look into weebly, if you self host wordpress, you will spend most of your time working on the dang website and learning countless skills instead of actually being productive.

I've seen countless landlords go cheap on the software until they grow to a size and into a problem that can no longer be managed by quickbooks.

You can't legally rent the MIL out to non family although we have seen it countless times.

It has saved me countless hours researching foreclosures daily and has allowed me to work smarter.

Over the last 100 years there are countless examples of jobs that technology has replaced.
