It seems like Huntsville has a nice combination of cashflow and potential appreciation.I'd be interested in hearing from folks more familiar with the area on the general view of the city in 2024, things to look out for, things to avoid, etc.

So his view, IMHO, on real estate investing is warped and too risk adverse.

No doubt social media algorithms are also making it look like this view of the world is more prevalent.All I know is that you can bet on the end of the world, but you can only be right once and you can never collect. 

From my view point there are a lot of people in our society that want a paycheck, but a lot less that want a job.
