I don';t have time for meetings and networking... and I bet most big players don't either.See people that eagerly go to these networking events, usually are people that need help, that are not succesful, that even though will NEVER admit it... but they see their own system is not giving them the results they are looking for ... hence network events... and most network events are like "Alcoholic annonimous" meetings where it is a huge  orgy of bragging right."

It is very possible that we see price stagnation (or even a small depreciation) in some of the markets that have seen exuberance over the last 3 years, while markets that have been a lot more moderate will see prices go up more than expected.

Its a gamble, but I think rates will moderate so when you transfer them to the LLC you might be able to get better rates on the commercial loans when you refinance during the Title transfer.
