We classify our VA tasks in Tiers.Tier 1 - Simple Admin Tasks and IntakeTier 2 - TriageTier 3 -  Front Office (Calls, Setting, Appointments, Follow-up, Lead Gen, etc.)Tier 4 - Back Office (Systems, CRM,  Billing, etc.)Tier 5 -  Subject Matter Expert Tasks (high stakes work) Most of our VA's do Tier 1 - 3. 

If you are beyond that, see if the owner will let you in to adjust the system.
