I believe they have a specific carve out so they are treated differently then a CF platform.I'm not sure you would use them to fund a project as I don't think their loans get that large it's typically people borrowing money for debt consolidation, business expansion, home improvements, paying for a wedding, and buying a boat.

They both typically cost about $20 bucks to attend, but that money goes directly to pay for the venue & food / drinks. 

highly competitive  endevour in the popular tax lien venues... its a mad house many times.

HM had not really thought about doomsday in a crowdfunding venue...

I have it under contract at a great price ($45,000) but i'm having a hard time finding the best venues for getting it sold.I've been talking to brokers that work with churches, but can't seem to find any in that area.
