If this was willed to him, is there a record of his father/mother/relative who owned it before then?

I call the tenant and she calls her mother who lives  near by to have them head over, but by this time its too late.

@Andrea Cole I’m on the consumer side in this scenario: we were planning a quick trip next week for my wife’s birthday, with my parents and her mother (who are high risk due to their age) flying in to meet us.

Everything I've seen on island with the potential to have a mother-in-law/back cottage/separate rental property seems to be the million dollar properties, at least east of Waipahu.
