So many people are afraid to act because they consider the countless "what if" scenarios and never get all the answers.

We have seen countless houses listed at the same time as our flips go on the market for high end of our range and sit.

Then go to countless of faxcebook groups.

Or the REALTOR spends countless hours showing them property and they disappear.

Not to mention the countless Sellers who've ask me to help them as they've had zero luck on the resale of their tiny home.

I'm very interested in getting involved in the Gatlinburg STR market and have spent countless hours researching, listening, lurking and basically soaking up any info I can in this specific niche.
