This is why I don't flip anything with ARV under $300k, it's just too much "squeeze for the juice". 

Your payments will be a lot lower, which will juice your cash flow even more.

I have design plans to convert it to a 4-5 bedroom vacation rental/B&B but financing is a complex problem and I wonder if the juice is worth the squeeze.
