I answered an initial questionnaire on the website and there’s basic documentation required but it doesn’t appear to be nearly as extensive as the requirements for my conventional loans.

Although I did learn a little and met some awesome folks I feel as though I learned more from this website and other free resources on the internet than I did from what I found to be an outdated home study course and this extremely high-level Three Day Seminar.The seminar I found to be 10% focused on education and 90% focused on selling the coaching programs that are designed and intended to guide the recipient to earn in upwards of $100k/ per annum in investing.   

To begin, learn all you can by reading books, listening to podcasts, checking websites, and joining groups like REIAs.

I heard about Land Geek on a podcast and I'm watching his free videos on the website and I understand the general process but I'm wondering if you found a course that is helpful and provides some of the details.

Includes all legal ads from every county in PA, but if you go to their individual websites, they are locked behind paywalls.

Is a website about real estate not suppose to address that?

I don’t use it because my house is oriented to families, and my adult guests probably won’t like me sending their kids marketing emails.
