Would it be helpful to connect with a local realtor that specializes in selling duplexes and their respective rents/ price per square foot?

Any and all advice is welcome on self-managing-- I have the majority of this squared away (my team is pretty much in place, I am just worried about how to make myself available for issues that arise and how to best optimize my listing.) 

@Ashish Wa they sign a 3-year lease, but it doesn't mean anything really, they still have no guarantee to have tenants filling your rooms.

I bought a house for 325k last year, a comp renovated 10 doors down is up for 540,000. 3/2 same as mine, 300 square foot bigger.

How many square feet?

That's more people than I have in my county, which covers 7,000 square miles and is five times larger than Sullivan County.I'm in a town of 10,000.
