It's a 3 bed/1.5 bath home, with an in law suite with it's own 1 bed 1 bath kitchen setup.

Unfortunately, as you probably know, it still takes time and resources to defend a lawsuit you will win. 

It's an easy lawsuit for them to file, if they know, or if someone tells them about the statute.

I do not know how to value an in-law suite and fear I may be overpaying at 65k+ for the 700 sq ft attachment.
