I have a buyer who wants to use a lender to purchase a wholesale deal for a duplex that I currently have in Gary Indiana and from my research it shows that you have to put a lien on the house in order to make sure that you get paid if a lender facilitates the transaction.

Buying rehabs in Gary and some of the surrounding areas can be a slippery slope with the various municpalities and their rules and ordiances along with management of the work, contractors and security.
