But, as @Ian Tvardovskaya mentioned, it's not really necessary at this point. 

I have met a few male realtors that I gel with, but I also want to know, are there any female realtors in Delaware County who sell multi family and own multi family housing?  

You can't even exchange the female cow for a male bull. 

Every time a single female wants to rent it and I tell them " heres the shed its where you put YOUR lawn mower "   They reply that they dont want to cut the lawn .  

I would ask for a referral or call on homes that are for sale and see how the agent responds when you pretend to be a buyer.The 1st and only agent I have used to sell a house, I was driving around, called on a house for sale, and a Black female agent answer and shes was on fire, she had good vibs.  

I had my daughter in my first house i bought, she didn't want any guys to rent, and i was able to rent to just females, but i told her she had no choice in who rents the other rooms, unless she had friends that wanted to rent and she understood that, so i put my own daughter through that.

Ladies living in Tulsa, OK and surrounding areas, I am curious to know if there is any interest in starting an all female meet up. 

Roommate #1 is a 30-year old female medical student who is moving from NJ to MN for a year.

Not only was I a single female in danger every time I pulled up the the house, but I had no one to help me with this project.Then, I met an investor who actually grew up on the very block who had about 30 properties in the area.
